Marketing ManagerThe Carroll Group Aventura, FL (In-House Only)We&rsquo;re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the online strategy and digital growth of Florida&rsquo;s #1 Real Estate Agent and Team: Chad Carroll and The Carroll Group.This is a full-time, in-house role based in Aventura. You will manage the online presentation of Chad Carroll&rsquo;s listings (60+) across various platforms, including the MLS, social media, email/newsletter, print/brochures, and grassroots/events. This role is the primary person overseeing creative strategy and team execution across all channels.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Craft effective, eye-catching, and factual property listings for the MLS inclusive of the property&rsquo;s best imagery, features, selling points and accurate, up-to-date data</li><li>Manage and optimize team website for sales and customer experience</li><li>Lead marketing team across digital ads, email, social media, and print creative</li><li>Analyze metrics (Meta, Constant Contact, Compass) and build data-driven campaigns</li><li>Direct content strategy and oversee photo/video shoots</li><li>Maintain brand consistency and campaign execution</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to drive revenue growth</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>3-5+ years of effective, past faced, current and high quality marketing experience</li><li>Strong knowledge of Meta, social media algorithms, property listings, interior design, Canva</li><li>Experience leading marketing and creative initiatives</li><li>Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills</li><li>Based in Miami and available to work in-house in a fast-paced, demanding environment</li><li>Experience in real estate, lifestyle, and luxury markets</li></ul>To Apply:Submit your resume and examples of digital work: careers@thechadcarrollgroup.comJob Type: Full-timeCompensation based on experience and qualificationsPay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
