We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Internship to support our marketing efforts. This internship is a fantastic opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced not for profit environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in digital marketing, website development, and data analysis. This is a 6-month paid internship that reports to the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management.</div><p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>
Website Development &amp; Management:</b></p><ul><li><div>
Assist in updating and maintaining the school&rsquo;s website.</div></li><li><div>
Lead the creation of new website pages and landing pages using a content management system (CMS) like WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms.</div></li><li><div>
Conduct regular quality assurance checks on the website to ensure accuracy and functionality.</div></li><li><div>
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to implement new website features and optimize user experience (UX).</div></li></ul></li><li><div><b>
Google Analytics &amp; Data Analysis:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Assist in setting up and monitoring Google Analytics goals and events.</div></li><li><div>
Help track key website metrics such as traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates.</div></li><li><div>
Generate reports and provide insights on website performance to identify areas for improvement.</div></li><li><div>
Assist in analyzing data to understand user behavior and inform marketing strategies.</div></li></ul></li><li><div><b>
Social Media Management:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Assist in developing and scheduling content for our social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).</div></li><li><div>
Help monitor social media channels and engage with our online community.</div></li><li><div>
Assist in tracking social media performance metrics and generating reports.</div></li><li><div>
Research and identify new trends and opportunities for social media growth.</div></li></ul></li><li><div><b>
General Marketing Support:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Support the marketing and admissions teams with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.</div></li><li><div>
Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and reports.</div></li><li><p>
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.</p></li></ul></li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</p></li><li><div>
Strong interest in digital marketing and a desire to learn.</div></li><li><div>
Some experience with or knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Blackbaud) is a plus.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva</div></li><li><div>
Understanding of SEO principles</div></li><li><div>
Familiarity with Google Analytics.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with Meta ads and Google Search ads is a plus.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with social media platforms in a professional or academic setting.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</div></li><li><div>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</div></li><li><div>
