Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to senior leadership. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing complex schedules, coordinating projects, and handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Duties<ul><li>Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role with at least two years of office management or clerical experience.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, Google Workspace applications, and data entry systems.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.</li><li>Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including filing, data entry, drafting correspondence, proofreading documents, and preparing reports with accuracy and attention to detail, and organizing digital documents.</li><li>Assist with event planning for training programs by coordinating logistics, organizing meetings, managing RSVPs, and preparing materials as needed, and ensuring timely completion of tasks through effective project management techniques.</li><li>Conduct transcription of meetings or notes.</li><li>Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives.</li><li>Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.</li></ul>Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hourWork Location: In person
