<div>The Center at Tucson is looking to hire Registered Nurses now!
Shift Availability: Full time, part time, and PRN; day shift 6am-6pm, night shift 6pm-6am.
Pay: Pay begins at $38/hour, dependent on experience. NOC has a shift differential in addition to the base pay. 
$10,000 sign on bonus for full time employees working weekends, to be paid out over the first year of employment.
Job Description: The primary purpose of the Nursing Staff is to provide excellent patient care in compliance with State/Federal Regulations and Company policy.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Oversee all areas of the patients medical needs on a daily basis</li><li>
Work in collaboration with patient, physician, family members, care team and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care and treatment for the patient</li><li>
RN-pass meds, provide treatment, assess for changes in conditions</li><li>
Answer call lights, assist patient with ADLs</li><li>
Responsible for timely and accurate charting</li></ul>

Education, licensure, certifications, and experience:<ul><li>
Must possess a current and valid fingerprint clearance card (FPCC).</li><li>
Must possess a current and valid Registered Nurse license.</li><li>
Must possess a current and valid CPR certification.</li><li>
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.</li><li>
1 years&rsquo; experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.</li></ul>
Other Job Requirements:<ul><li>
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.</li><li>
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.</li><li>
Must possess the ability to tactfully work with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.</li><li>
Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.</li><li>
Must be able to relate information concerning a resident&rsquo;s condition.</li><li>
Must be knowledgeable of HIPAA compliance and requirements, and have the ability to maintain highly confidential information.</li><li>
Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of other individuals in the workplace.</li></ul></div>

Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift Availability: Full time, part time, or PRN, day shift 6am-6pm; night shift 6pm-6am.
Pay: $30-33/hour, dependent on experience. NOC has a shift differential in addition to the base pay.
Job Description: The primary purpose of the Nursing Staff is to provide excellent patient care in compliance with State/Federal Regulations and Company policy.
