We Are Hiring &ndash; Secretary / Indoor SalesWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Secretary / Indoor Sales to join our team.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner.</li><li>Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, invoices, and payments.</li><li>Maintain and update customer database and records.</li><li>Coordinate with clients regarding meetings, orders, and deliveries.</li><li>Assist in scheduling appointments and preparing meeting agendas.</li><li>Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.</li><li>Handle filing, scanning, and organizing office documents.</li><li>Follow up with potential leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.</li><li>Monitor and track sales performance and prepare periodic reports.</li><li>Assist in office daily operations and provide administrative support when needed.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of company documents and client information.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR2,500.00 per month
