Role Description:The Platform Product Manager will own the strategy and delivery of our banking client&rsquo;s web and app experience platforms. This role will be operating in the Marketing Technology team and focuses on Adobe Experience Manager (Sites &amp; Assets), Adobe Target, and related optimization capabilities while guiding these platforms evolve to support marketing, CX, and product needs. This person will ensure they are scalable, compliant, and easy to use for business teams and will work closely with the Web Marketing team (focused on website strategy, CRO, SEO, and campaign execution), IT, Product, and global partners to drive adoption and maximize value from our investments in Adobe Experience Cloud Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own the roadmap and backlog for web &amp; app experience platforms (AEM Sites &amp; Assets, Adobe Target, DAM, Adobe Campaign), aligned to the Marketing Value Stream strategy.</li><li>Partner with the Web Marketing team to ensure platform capabilities enable CRO, SEO, and campaign execution goals while translating business needs into platform requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the Experience Platform squad.</li><li>Collaborate with IT and Global teams to deliver enhancements, integrations, and platform stability in addition to ensuring marketing teams are trained and enabled to use tools effectively based on their role/responsibility.</li><li>Act as the bridge between technology delivery and marketing adoption within Agile workstreams.</li><li>Define KPIs and success measures for platform usage, adoption, and business impact (e.g., personalization velocity, content reuse, test performance).</li><li>Monitor platform maturity, identify gaps, and drive the evolution of AEM and Target into app and logged-in environments.</li><li>Advocate for marketing&rsquo;s needs in enterprise and global forums and ensure platforms are developed with compliance, governance, and scalability in mind.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree is required</li><li>5+ years in Product Management, Platform Management, or MarTech/AdTech experience</li><li>Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (sites, which is the CMS and assets, which is the DAM) and Adobe Target experience</li><li>Strong understanding of web and app optimization, CRO, SEO, and personalization</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to translate between marketing and technical teams</li><li>Experience enabling business users on new tools and driving adoption/governance</li><li>Proven success working with cross-functional squads in agile delivery environments</li><li>Familiarity with agile ceremonies, backlog management, and user story writing</li></ul>Preferred Requirements:<ul><li>Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly preferred</li><li>Experience working cross functionally with global teams</li><li>Experience with first time implementation of AEM (Adobe experience manager)</li><li>Experience setting up and managing a DAM digital asset management system for a marketing team</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $105,000.00 - $112,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Miami, FL 33131: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>MarTech/AdTech: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Adobe Experience Manager: 5 years (Required)</li><li>app optimization, CRO, SEO, etc: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Miami, FL 33131
