Summary : 
Under the general supervision of the Director or Site Supervisor, the Housekeeper/Maintenance has the primary responsibility for cleaning the center in such a way to promote health and safety while reducing the spread of infection.
 
Essential Functions: 
<ul>
<li>This position is part time ; 2 hours a day after 4pm or before 8am</li>
<li>Follows and completes the center's daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedule.</li>
<li>Conducts facilities checklists to oversee and meet all local, state, and federal building requirements.</li>
<li>Promptly addresses and reports health and safety concerns.</li>
<li>Performs light general maintenance throughout the building.</li>
<li>Participates in emergency drills and environmental safety activities, as requested</li>
<li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalency with custodial training preferred</li>
<li>Effective oral and written communication skills commensurate with the position's responsibilities are required.</li>
<li>FDNY certification: F07, S95 and F01or study plan to obtain within60 days of hire.</li>
</ul>
