<div><p>The Software Development Engineer 4 is a seasoned professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and the Power Platform for a lead role responsible for developing technical designs and maintaining software to support facilities maintenance worldwide. You&rsquo;ll work at the intersection of engineering and operations: ensuring high availability, seamless integrations, proactive monitoring, and well-defined processes that keep systems stable and teams effective. The individual may be asked to act as a technical lead on projects or solutions with moderate complexity or scope. This is an individual contributor role.

<br><div><ul><li>Contribute to and perform analysis of functional requirements
</li><li>Participate in vendor or technology evaluations and identify critical gaps in their offerings
</li><li>Design, deploy, and support hybrid systems optimized for D365 CE and Power Platform.
</li><li>Code APIs to integrate cloud and on-premises systems and extend platform capabilities.
</li><li>Develop applications designed to enhance or extend features offered by cloud platforms.
</li><li>Participate in the formulation of technical recommendations
</li><li>Act as a technical lead and mentor peers
</li><li>Create technical designs mapped to functional requirements
</li><li>Provide estimates for development tasks
</li><li>Design, develop, and test code for software development projects
</li><li>Participate in code reviews
</li><li>Develop technical documentation
</li><li>Participate in the Incident Management process and fix defects on a 24/7 basis
</li><li>Contribute to the design, and implementation, and measures required to protect solutions from security compromise
</li><li>Comply with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements and ensure all others are doing the same
</li><li>Document new technical knowledge and train others on emerging needs and technologies</li></ul></div>
<br><div><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent professional experience
</li><li>Six years of progressive relevant professional experience
</li><li>Experience administering, integrating, and governing enterprise D365, Azure, and Power Platform solutions
</li><li>Proficiency in scripting and coding (C#, React, JSON, YAML etc.)
</li><li>Proficiency in Fetch XML, Dataverse and other APIs, configuration management, and automation tools
</li><li>Strong understanding of Agile Software Development methodologies and principles
</li><li>Solid base of learning and some experience in all the primary areas of an n-tier enterprise system that may or may not be web based (e.g., interface domain logic and database layers)
</li><li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
</li><li>Ability to mentor and train peers
</li><li>Exceptional troubleshooter with the ability to solve problems in a timely manner under pressure
</li><li>Strong skills in engineering/programming, analytical/diagnostic/troubleshooting, web technology, and programming methodology
</li><li>Solid understanding of systems and subsystems
</li><li>Familiarity with Cloud Based Platforms and services
</li><li>Strong understanding of DevSecOps
</li><li>Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery principles.
</li><li>Advanced knowledge of applicable software, computer languages, and code to perform the responsibilities of this role
</li><li>Proven aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies and programming languages
