<div><p>The purpose of this role is to assist in the work of salvation and exaltation by providing individual contributor, entry level administrative support to one or more leader and/or one or more functional team or work group.

Admin Assistant 1 - Copper Hills Seminary, Full-Time (40hrs with benefits)

<div><p>This position is to assist in the Guest Services Team in the FamilySearch Library, helping with software and computer troubleshooting and facility requests. They would be required to ensure the Discovery experiences and computer equipment are working properly during business hours. The intern would share work on weekdays, weeknights, and Saturdays. This is a paid internship, which is anticipated to last one year (12 months). This position is part-time (up to 28 hours per week), hourly , non-exempt position. The intern performs work as assigned by the department.

FamilySearch Library Guest Services Intern

<div><p>Student employees and interns specializing in video production play pivotal roles in both strategy and execution within BYU-Pathway Worldwide's digital outreach initiatives. Their responsibilities encompass various aspects of video production, digital marketing, and advertising. This entails overseeing the day-to-day operations of video content creation, crafting and implementing impactful video campaigns, and strategically utilizing online social media channels to enhance brand visibility and facilitate enrollment growth. Additionally, these individuals are actively engaged in analyzing, assessing, and reporting on the effectiveness of video campaigns to optimize outcomes, aligning with the broader objectives of BYU-Pathway Worldwide's digital engagement efforts.</p></div>

Video Editor Intern - BYU-Pathway Worldwide (Full-Time Intern)

<div><p>This position is central to the missionaries' role to 'Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.' Teachers are an entry support level individual contributor that helps train missionaries in a variety of settings and topics. Training may include language skills, gospel doctrine/Preach My Gospel instruction, and missionary skill development. Teachers may train both junior and senior missionaries before they enter the MTC, while at the MTC and after leaving the MTC. They follow an approved curriculum and may be selected to participate in pilots and initiatives.</p></div>

MTC Teacher - Visitors Center/Historic Sites (Part-time)

<div><p>This position is part of the core work of Church Communication Department (CCD) as a source of information and official communication. Role will interact with opinion leaders, including media, who affect the reputation of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and whose actions and influence can help the Church&rsquo;s mission.<br>
 </p><p><br>
This position directs the Newsroom team and manages the Newsroom products and processes. Newsroom is a core function of the Church Communication Department and is charged with strategically planning, producing and helping tell the story of the Church, its leaders, and members, with an eye towards a worldwide audience. The medium is heavily influenced by digital-first products including video and includes social media platforms and channels. Newsroom includes the planning, coordination and dissemination of news of the Church globally, and responding to breaking news, major issues, media inquiries, stories and other broadcast programs. Some travel, including international, is associated with this position.</p></div>
<br><div><ul><li>(50%) Sets goals and direction in concert with the department and division in consultation with the Church Communication Department Leadership Council and maintains direction through constant monitoring, interaction, supervision, and initiatives. A special focus on accuracy, tone, and attention to detail is a must. This also includes healthy and appropriate scheduling of staff assignments, tasks, and responsibilities. This role will chair a Newsroom meeting at the start of each day to review overnight and breaking issues and carry selected items from that meeting to the daily media meeting (which includes community relations, area team, and social media representatives).
