The MEA Legal and Compliance team is a collaborative and high performing function which enjoys and values the support of the business.
The successful candidate will support the Head of Compliance of Cigna KSA, leading, shaping and developing opportunities from the outset. There will be opportunities to work with senior leaders including the General Manager of Cigna Saudi Arabia, the MEA Regional Head of Compliance and business leaders around the world.
As part of the Saudi Compliance team and the regional MEA Legal and Compliance team, the successful candidate will be a trusted team member, asked to shape and stay involved in opportunities and projects from the outset. Key Responsibilities:

Cigna Insurance Middle East, a leading health insurer, is looking to appoint an Actuarial Senior Analyst based in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with the Middle East and Africa actuarial team and will support initiatives across both the local UAE health insurance market and the broader Middle East and Africa businesses. The individual will work closely with other business areas, including but not limited to Data &amp; Analytics, Underwriting and Product Development, to develop insights to help the Company make informed business decisions. This position requires detailed analysis, independent judgment and discretion, and the ability to support a range of actuarial investigations.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Data processing, reconciliations and analytics.</li><li>
Actuarial pricing for the Middle East and Africa region, including experience studies, setting book rates and pricing assumptions, and methodology updates.</li><li>
Support analytics related to medical cost drivers and trends to support business decisions.</li><li>
Development of dashboards and reports to enhance the speed and quality of actuarial analysis and reporting.</li><li>
Developing, testing and maintenance of pricing and underwriting tools.</li><li>

Personal Profile<ul><li>
An undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance or a related field.</li><li>
Good progress towards Associate credentials with either the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries or the Society of Actuaries.</li><li>
A commitment towards pursuing a Fellowship qualification.</li><li>
At least four years of actuarial experience in the Middle East, preferably in health insurance.</li><li>
Be self-motivated and results driven.</li><li>
Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.</li><li>
