<div>The Evernorth Care Delivery &amp; Pharmacy + Compliance Senior Advisor is a key contributor responsible for evaluating compliance with all regulatory requirements relative to the Evernorth Care Delivery, Pharmacy, Home Infusion Nursing, and Wholesale Drug Distribution. This position will also be engaged in various compliance efforts, acting as a subject matter expert to support business partners and will need to work with a high degree of independence.
The Compliance Senior Advisor must be highly organized with a keen eye for detail, and issue management and problem-solving skills. They must be able to understand business processes and work cross functionally with business owners and other key stakeholders. Responsibilities<ul><li>
Complete an established number of audits and monitoring per quarter for Care Delivery and Pharmacy +;</li><li>
Manage the Prompt Response and Corrective Action Program;</li><li>
Lead committee meetings for various compliance elements with business stakeholders and committee members;</li><li>
Coordination and development of auditing and monitoring plans focusing on areas of Compliance risk;</li><li>
Creation of dashboards and status updates which communicate audit and monitoring results, trends, and summarize risk remediation activity;</li><li>
Deliver executive summary compliance reports and applicable findings to business stakeholders;</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
8+ years overall experience with healthcare regulatory and compliance matters;</li><li>
3+ years of Care Delivery, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Drug Distribution experience preferred;</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required;</li><li>
Pharmacist, Nurse, Licensed Healthcare Professional, or JD required.

We are looking for a new Client Specific Network Intake Advisor. This role is
responsible for providing advanced professional input to an accounts wanting a Client Specific Network and who ultimately hope to implement a Client Specific Network. This role is also responsible for handling updates to existing Client Specific Networks.
Job Responsibilities<ul><li>
Review requests for new Client Specific Networks, as well as requests to modify/change existing Client Specific Networks.</li><li>
Effectively manage assigned dedicated Client Specific Network accounts to provide successful resolutions to meet client needs that align with our capabilities.</li><li>
Effectively triage client requests and when appropriate work directly with downstream partners as well as Product and Benefit Advisor Board or Exception Review Committee.</li><li>
Ensuring all Client Specific Network requests have the appropriate information to move to implementation; this includes demographics, reimbursement, sign off from legal and contracting; plus ensuring the client signs all necessary documentation.</li><li>
Provide price quotes for new Client Specific Network requests.</li><li>
For new and prospective clients consult with Sales, NBM and Pre-Sale to understand client strategy and develop recommendations and sales approach in regards to Client Specific Requests.</li><li>
Advocate constantly to ensure that client, customer and Cigna needs are best met by a solution.</li><li>
Serve as general subject matter expert to Sales, Pre-Sale, Implementation, Proposal Management, Sales Effectiveness, Underwriting, and Service Operations/Claim to help assess client specific network requests. This includes being able to communicate highly complex topics in a non complex manner.</li><li>
Influence change to simplify interactions and improve E2E processes. Work with SME&rsquo;s, functional and matrix partners to continually assess of approved requests for opportunities to implement new standards and eliminate unnecessary submissions.</li></ul><ul><li>
Responsible for understanding and translating requestor&rsquo;s (Market/Client/Product/Sales/Vendor) need/intent using operational capabilities &amp; guardrails</li><li>

Clinical Safety Director – Cigna Healthcare – Hybrid

<div>Engaging with business stakeholders to elicit and define business project scope, business requirements and workflows as related to assigned projects or new intake items. The successful candidate in this position will have good work experience and a desire to work in a culturally diverse organization. This position will report into the business and is not an IT Business/Systems Analyst position.
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex projects independently, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals. Document all detailed business requirements within internally approved systems using Scaled Agile Methodology (Composing Epics) Engage with senior business leads to understanding new project scope, creating scope statements and detail scope requirements as required for the portfolio and project intake process. Document and oversee system integration requirements involving legacy platforms, third party solutions by acting as a liaison between business units and technology teams ensuring clear communication and delivery. Build an extensive knowledge of business operation to analyze current work procedures and practices. Investigate, evaluate and report alternative solutions to business needs ensuring compliance with the regulatory standards and enterprise architecture guidelines. Collaborate closely with IT Business Systems Analysts to ensure business processes align with technology solutions. Will participate in some systems analysis design sessions as needed. Lead the user acceptance test cases in collaboration with business stakeholders. Oversee the execution of user acceptance testing ensuring thorough validation of business requirements. Monitor, track and report UAT defects while coordinating with the QA test team for defect remediation and ensuring timeline resolution.
Experience/Qualifications Required:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, finance, information management or a related discipline. A Master&rsquo;s degree is preferred.</li><li>
5-10 years of business analysis work preferably in insurance or financial services sector with a proven track record of leading complex projects.</li><li>
Extensive experience in the analysis and interpretation of business requirements across all aspects of transacting insurance or financial services business.</li><li>
In depth understanding of UAE insurance market and regulations.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.</li><li>
Proven ability to lead the analysis and support of the production of project proposals or business cases.</li><li>
Demonstrate expertise in the business process re-engineering and optimization.</li><li>
Experience creating user acceptance testing documentation and leading UAT process</li><li>
Must be a proactive self-starter capable of planning and leading work sessions with minimal oversight</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in business analysis techniques such as process modeling, root cause analysis, data modeling, process mapping, and traceability.</li><li>
Deep knowledge and experience in Scaled Agile Framework and Agile methodologies.</li></ul>
