All work is compensated, and your skills will shine as you contribute to our vibrant hospitality experience.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences.</li><li>Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately.</li><li>Develop innovative beverage recipes and seasonal specials to keep the menu fresh and exciting.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and place orders for beverages and bar essentials.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while managing multiple tasks effectively through excellent time management skills.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in fine dining or high-volume settings; previous restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred.</li><li>Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage presentation techniques.</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently.</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure.</li><li>Experience in beverage recipe development and creating innovative drinks that delight guests.</li><li>Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills; experience with cashiering or cash handling is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and sanitation practices within a food service environment.</li><li>Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours; banquet or catering experience is advantageous.</li><li>Basic understanding of food industry operations including food service standards, retail math, and beverage sales techniques.</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about mixology, eager to craft memorable experiences, and ready to bring your vibrant energy to our lively team!Work Location: In person
