Job Description:</div><div><div>
$500 BONUS</div><div>
$250 ON FIRST CHECK AND $250 AFTER 120-DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT</div><div></div><div>
In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, maintaining and repairing public facilities, property, streets, sidewalks, and rights-of-way using a variety of machines, tools, and equipment.</div></div><div></div><div>
 Examples of Duties:</div><div><ul><li><div>
Works on a crew under regular supervision.</div></li><li><div>
Performs a variety of manual duties using various tools depending upon the assigned crew.</div></li><li><div>
May remove, mix, pour and finish cement sidewalks and install granite and concrete curbing</div></li><li><div>
May lay brick, bluestone, Belgium Block and other special construction materials.</div></li><li><div>
May cut, remove and replace asphalt streets.</div></li><li><div>
May be required to assist in earth road grading and city owned parking lot maintenance.</div></li><li><div>
May patch pot holes in city owned streets.</div></li><li><div>
Plants sod and grass seed on City rights-of-way.</div></li><li><div>
Drives a pickup truck to deliver tools, materials, equipment, etc.</div></li><li><div>
Assists in taking measurements of the worksite and in deciding quantities and types of material and equipment needed.</div></li><li><div>
Performs any other related duties as assigned.</div></li></ul></div><div></div><div>
 Basic Qualifications:</div><div><ul><li>
One year of related experience and high school diploma/GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li></ul></div><div></div><div>
 Preferred Qualifications:</div><div><ul><li>
Valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul></div><div></div><div>
