<div>Description:

In this position you will work to create customers&rsquo; orders. The Warehouse Builder position is responsible for picking and packing products for store delivery routes. This position is required to safely operate a rider pallet jack and forklift.
Position Specifics:<ul><li>
Pay Rate: $15.00/hourly.</li><li>
Hours/Days of Work: Day Shift, Monday through Friday</li><li>
Location: Paducah, KY</li></ul>
Essential functions:<ul><li>
Pick products according to voice to pick system instructions including tagging completed orders.</li><li>
Strong team player and the ability to get along with co-workers.</li><li>
Safely operate a rider pallet jack to carry employees and products around the warehouse.</li><li>
Wrap orders and stage product orders as per directions from supervisory team.</li><li>
Assist in loading and unloading trailers as needed through safely operating a forklift.</li><li>
All other duties as reasonably assigned by the Supervisor.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Qualifications:
 Qualified individuals for this role will possess the following characteristics:<ul><li>
 Desire to work in either an individual or team environment throughout the workday.</li><li>
 Safely operate powered industrial equipment including rider pallet jack and forklift</li><li>
 Customer focused mentality and strong desire to meet customer and retailer needs through picking and packing product orders accurately</li><li>
 Meet the following alcohol board criteria:</li><li>
 No felonies within the previous two years, and no more than one misdemeanor or offense related to alcohol within previous two years</li></ul>

<div>Description: 
The Senior Human Resources Generalist holds principal accountabilities for employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll and benefits education, and local adherence to HR and Safety laws, policies, and procedures.
Successful candidates for this role will possess the following qualifications, experiences, and abilities:<ul><li>
The ability to think critically and apply HR laws and policies to situations occurring within the facility with a strong adherence to legal and ethical management practices, with a strong focus on educating employees and site leadership to guide adherence.</li><li>
The ability to proactively communicate with site leadership to understand and translate business goals into HR objectives and partner with HR leadership to design and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the location.</li><li>
The desire and ability to be an influential and credible HR leader within the team, provide the necessary support, and follow up to ensure the team achieves desired results.</li><li>
Solutions focused and comfortable working in an environment that demands robust deliverables and the ability to use investigative techniques to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions while creating buy-in amongst the team.</li><li>
Operates with autonomy and discretion with a truly hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the &quot;pulse&quot; of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement and the ability to mediate the needs of the employees in balance with the goals of the company.</li><li>

Requirements: 
Qualified applicants will possess the following skillset:<ul><li>
Predisposition for action, stellar work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence for location.</li><li>
2 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
</li><li>Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.</li><li>
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience in HRIS systems is strongly preferred.</li><li>
Experience in Warehouse, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Transportation is preferred.</li><li>
Minimal travel may be required.</li></ul></div>
