The Classy Pooch is seeking a polished, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Personal Assistant to support daily salon operations and assist the owner directly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both customer service and behind-the-scenes organization.This is not just a front desk position &mdash; this person will become an essential right-hand support to the owner.Must be flexible on hours. Starting from 6:30am to 5:30pm (these will not be the hours worked daily but I will need someone flexible to be able to come in or leave as needed.) Will be required to work MONDAY-<ul><li>20&ndash;25 guaranteed hours</li><li>Additional hours available during busy weeks</li></ul>Job description: But not limited to..<ul><li>Answer phones</li><li>Schedule appointments</li><li>Open/close the salon</li><li>Check clients in/out</li><li>Clean</li><li>Assist the owner in daily operations</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Comfortable around dogs and noise</li><li>Ability to multitask</li><li>Trustworthy and punctual</li></ul>No experience is necessary.
