Business Development Executive Fresher

We are hiring for the role of Pre and Post Sales Technical Support for Cloud Platforms Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide pre-sales and post-sales support and consulting for AWS and Microsoft Azure to prospective and existing clients via Google Meet, email, and phone calls.</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of all case-related records in line with company policies.</li><li>Take full ownership of assigned cases, delivering end-to-end solutions and support to clients in accordance with agreed SLAs.</li><li>Escalate issues to the Reporting Head when necessary, following the defined SLA procedures.</li><li>Carry out all tasks assigned by the Reporting Head while adhering to company guidelines and standards.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Valid AWS Solutions Architect Certification.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in AWS pre-sales and post-sales support.</li><li>Proven experience in client-facing AWS support and consulting roles.</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Hindi (spoken/understood) is a plus.</li><li>Strong team player with the ability to receive and implement feedback constructively.</li><li>Willingness to undertake additional training and certifications as required by the management.</li><li>Note: Freshers are not eligible for this position.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>New Town, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you comfortable working in specified salary range?</li><li>Do you have experience in providing AWS &amp; Azure Support?</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
