ServerDuties: - Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Enter orders into the POS system and process payments through the cash register - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service - Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meals - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environmentSkills: - Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in operating a cash register - Excellent guest service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally - Knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and bill calculation - Familiarity with food handling procedures to ensure food safety standards are met - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Team player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkersPlease note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.If you are looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply for the Server position.
