We are seeking a Site Engineer experienced in interior fit-out projects based in Oman. The role involves supervising site activities to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project execution. SITE ENGINEER

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced in construction and fit-out as Safety Engineer/Site Engineer to join our team. SAFETY ENGINEER/SITE ENGINEER

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineer with strong experience in villa construction projects as Civil Construction Engineer &amp; Fit-out. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations for villa construction projects.</li><li>Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and government regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, design, and internal teams</li><li>Prepare and review method statements, work schedules, and progress reports (Mandatory)</li><li>Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.</li><li>Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies.</li><li>Attend project meetings and provide progress updates (weekly, monthly reports)</li><li>Assist in material approvals, procurement follow-up, and cost monitoring and operations</li><li>Maintain regular coordination with the Project Manager and Director regarding project updates.</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or rework.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in UAE, specifically in villa/residential construction projects.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License &ndash; mandatory.</li><li>Strong knowledge of local building codes, authority regulations, and villa construction standards.</li><li>Excellent communication and site coordination skills.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primevira and project management tools.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience dealing with authorities and other authorities.</li><li>Have strong problem-solving skill and can find solution and coordinate with the management.</li><li>Ability to lead teams and manage site workforce effectively.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>civil construction &amp; fit-out: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Preferred)</li></ul>
