 Conduct exit interviews and turn feedback into valuable insights
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep HR data organized, accurate, and ready to tell a story

 &nbsp;Bring creativity to life through our monthly newsletter (think Canva + fun ideas!)
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with leadership on culture and engagement initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 &nbsp;Celebrate employee milestones like anniversaries
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate HR meetings, projects, and initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Help drive a positive, connected workplace culture
 </li>
 </ul>
 🧩 What You Bring

 &nbsp;1&ndash;3 years of HR, admin, or employee relations experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail with a love for organization
 </li>

 Confidence using tools like Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Canva

 Excellent communication and people skills
 </li>

 A passion for making work a better place for everyone
