The Order Specialist is responsible for performing daily customer order management tasks that ensure timely, accurate processing of orders and organization of the stockroom. This position partners with the General Manager and Store Managers to ensure the stockroom is neat, safe and organized.</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Pulls and prepares customer orders for pickup
</li><li>Ensures that the quantity of customer orders are evaluated each day for successful execution to meet the demand for Curbside Pick Up and Local Delivery requests</li><li>
Executes all daily tasks so that all orders are completed on time</li><li>
Communicates and follows up with customers on issues regarding their orders, all the way through resolution</li><li>
Manages the stockroom ensuring it is organized and well-maintained to support visual and selling efforts of the store</li><li>
Adheres to the time expectations established for the role, performing tasks with accuracy and timeliness, while exhibiting pace and attention to detail</li><li>
Maintains and down stocks the Elfa product area in the Stock room
</li><li>Performs daily locations audits on customers&rsquo; orders</li><li>
Executes changes to staging locations and Elfa Pull Sequence</li><li>
Reviews and takes timely action on the Product Not Arriving as Expected Report</li><li>
Identifies and helps to develop a strong, efficient order processing team that contributes to a positive customer experience with Curbside Pickup and Local Delivery
</li><li>Understands our sales goals and holds them self and the staff accountable for achieving those goals</li><li>
Leads the salesfloor and performs other tasks or duties in partnership with the Managers</li><li>

Designer/Sales Specialist In-Store

The Outside Sales &amp; Design Consultant is a skilled salesperson with a strong results record, providing exceptional service in custom designs and organizational solutions for homes and select small to mid-sized business environments. This role designs and sells custom spaces to customers in their homes and business locations by appointment.</p><p><br>
This position manages and coordinates all phases of customer projects from in-home consultation, design, installation, and organizing to provide a seamless customer experience. This role is also responsible for building repeat clientele, receiving customer referrals, and creating their own leads in addition to leads provided by TCS.<br>
In addition, this role identifies and develops B2B and trade relationships such as property managers, builders, real estate professionals, senior living communities, and small commercial clients by delivering scalable, repeatable organization solutions that drive long-term partnerships and recurring revenue.</p><p><br>
This role serves as part of a Custom Space Outside Sales and Design team for their local market and is a full-time exempt position offering a competitive base salary complemented by a ramp-up period and a lucrative monthly bonus incentive tied directly to sales performance.</p><div></div><div><b><br>

Experience and Skills Required</b></div><ul><li>
College degree preferred with 2-5 years of outside sales experience preferred; custom spaces or closets experience preferred</li><li>
Self-starter who is organized, creative, solutions-oriented, and able to manage time, appointments, and projects efficiently in a white glove customer service space</li><li>
Knowledge of design principles and trends in custom spaces, interior design, fashion, and retail industries</li><li>
Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing</li><li>
Flexible and positive attitude, with the ability to prioritize high-value tasks and adapt quickly to shifting priorities</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; Salesforce; AutoCad based design tools; and Windows-based systems, with strong overall technical skills</li><li>
Reliable transportation for customer appointments within a travel radius of up to 100 miles; must maintain valid automobile insurance and meet applicable state inspection standards</li><li>
