The Aftermarket Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue by engaging current and prospective customers through strategic outbound calling, one-to-one communications, social engagement, field marketing and more. The primary purpose is to create opportunities for the sales of Doors, Frames and Hardware, and ultimately become a trusted advisor to customers such as, K-12 Schools, Healthcare, and College/ Universities.
 This position includes a base salary + commission.
 Essential Functions
 <ul>
<li>Obtain, maintain, and optimize customer relations through planned and regular sales visits and communications for given territory</li>
<li>Call on predefined customer and prospect lists to generate sales opportunities and follow up on new leads and opportunities within a competitive, fast-paced sales environment</li>
<li>Place 30-50 phone-based cold calls daily to aggressively pursuing retailers and develop new leads and potential customers</li>
<li>Obtain orders and establish new business by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors</li>
<li>Service and build upon existing accounts, including resolving customer complaints by investigating problems</li>
<li>Respond to, engage with, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries via phone, email, and live chat</li>
<li>Achieve or exceed department quotas, sales goals and objectives, and deadlines</li>
<li>Identify target prospects and create strategic action plans to develop the accounts as customers</li>
<li>Follow up on all customer leads from external and internal sources</li>
<li>Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature</li>
<li>Communicate regularly with key decision makers, such as: directors of maintenance and/or security, school superintendents and locksmiths</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and detailed activity notes, such as daily calls logs, results reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analyses, to be reviewed periodically with manager</li>
<li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education/experience</li>
<li>At least 3 years of related sales experience in construction and/or building supply sales</li>
<li>Experience with high volume cold calling</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
 <ul>
<li>Strong Customer Relations skills</li>
<li>Strong Verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills, including mainframe programs and Microsoft Office Suite</li>
<li>Must have good attention to details and strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communications</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Door Hardware, Locks and Access Control</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong sales and phone skills are a must. Able to problem solve and resolve inquiries both internally and externally. Supports the sales cycle in full, and is able to act independently. Highly motivated and personable presence essential and must be able to meet quotas and sale initiatives.</li>

The employee will spend more than two-thirds of their time standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Approximately one-third of the time may be spent walking and engaging in verbal communication or listening. Frequent lifting and moving of materials weighing between 25 and 50 pounds is required.
 
Work Environment
 This role may involve travel to project sites and exposure to a variety of environmental conditions. These may include outdoor weather, proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery, and the use of hand tools or hardware. Employees may be subject to frequent heavy lifting and other physical demands typical of a construction or warehouse environment.

Responsible for preparing/modifying wood doors specific to the instructions of each order. Some preparations require permanently joining metal parts using high heat application to form a permanent bond. Others require the use of power tools such as circular saws, jig saws, drills, and sanders.
 
Essential Functions
 <ul>
<li>Utilizing measuring tools to mark and prepare the material</li>
<li>Using saws, drills, and other power tools to create the necessary finished product</li>
<li>Remove any rough edges created during the modification process</li>
<li>Use electrical currents to create heat and bond metals</li>
<li>Join beams in the construction of metal frame pieces</li>
<li>Weld materials such as steel and titanium</li>
<li>Use a rod and heat to join metals</li>
<li>Operate welding machine that feeds wire to bond materials</li>
<li>Use molten metal to join two pieces of metal</li>
<li>Plan work by interpreting shop orders</li>
<li>Select and set up welding equipment</li>
<li>Ensure welds meat standards and specifications</li>
<li>Package finished product for transport</li>
<li>Interpret scope of work from documents detailing tasks to be completed</li>
<li>Wear appropriate safety equipment at all times</li>
<li>Assist Shop Manager as required</li>
<li>Other relative duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications

<li>High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience</li>
<li>Current and valid US driver’s license preferred</li>
<li>At least 1 year prior experience in a fast paced production/manufacturing environment preferred</li>

The Service Technician will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of component cable, category cable, fiber, wireless access points, cameras, access control devices, and other low voltage cabling and devices with or without direct onsite supervision.

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of customer-based projects across various divisions including aluminum, Division 8, Division 10, and Division 28. The role requires effective communication, problem resolution, and coordination with both internal teams and external clients to ensure successful project completion.

<li>Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with stakeholder expectations.</li>
<li>Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.</li>
