The Senior Controller manages and actively contributes to the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and internal control framework. This position partners closely with the CFO while providing leadership to the accounting and AP/AR teams and remaining engaged in detailed financial activities to maintain operational excellence.
 Essential Functions
 
Financial Reporting & Compliance: 
<ul>
<li>Oversee and participate in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate preparation of annual tax returns with external CPA firms</li>
<li>Maintain oversight of financial disclosures, audit requirements, and related reporting</li>
<li>Implement, maintain, and monitor internal controls to ensure accuracy and prevent misstatements</li>
<li>Oversee development of audit schedules and the full external audit process, including direct interaction with auditors</li>
<li>Prepare financial materials for Lender and Audit Committee meetings, including reporting packs, forecasts, and budget documents</li>
</ul>
Accounting Operations & Internal Controls: 
<ul>
<li>Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, fixed assets, cash management, and financial reporting</li>
<li>Oversee the accounting and AP/AR teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across all functions</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis</li>
<li>Oversee AR aging, collections, AP processing, and account reconciliations</li>
<li>Maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to support financial integrity and operational efficiency</li>
<li>Manage ERP system utilization and development, supporting integrations, enhancements, and automation</li>
<li>Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants</li>
</ul>
Financial Planning, Budgeting & Strategic Leadership: 
<ul>
<li>Partner with the CFO and executive team to support financial planning and strategic initiatives</li>
<li>Provide financial insights to support profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth</li>
<li>Monitor trends, risks, and opportunities and provide proactive analysis and recommendations</li>
</ul>
Team Leadership & Development: 
<ul>
<li>Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting and AP/AR teams to ensure high performance and accountability</li>
<li>Establish and maintain an organizational structure that supports departmental and company goals</li>
<li>Develop training programs to enhance technical accounting skills, reporting accuracy, and compliance knowledge</li>

Qualifications & Experience
 <ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)</li>
<li>Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required</li>
<li>10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience including oversight and operational involvement</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of GAAP, and financial reporting standards. SOX compliance is a plus</li>
<li>Experience in private equity environments preferred</li>
<li>Expertise with ERP systems and automation tools ERP implementation experience is preferred</li>

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of customer-based projects across various divisions including aluminum, Division 8, Division 10, and Division 28. The role requires effective communication, problem resolution, and coordination with both internal teams and external clients to ensure successful project completion.

This position will involve the installation of architectural grade doors, frames, and hardware, to include toilet accessories, toilet partitions, lockers, and other Division 10 products.
 Essential Functions

<li>Follows instructions from field supervisor regarding installation of doors, frames, and hardware, to include toilet accessories, toilet partitions, lockers, and other Division 10 materials</li>
<li>Works independently and with other installers to install Division 8/10 products as assigned and trained</li>
<li>Responsible for installation of more technically advanced or demanding architectural grade products</li>
<li>Follows manufacturer direction and warranty requirements when installing products</li>
<li>Tracks time and materials as required for each installation project</li>

The Estimator interprets total opening requirements as set forth within contract documents (i.e., plan, specifications, addenda, and other related information) concerning an individual construction project. Uses computer technology and mathematical skills in the formation of the estimate.

<li>Reviews scope of work with General Contractor pre/post bid and hardware/HMF manufacturer combo packages determine most competitive position</li>
<li>Performs labor cost interpretation based on scope of work</li>
<li>Receives constructing plans, drawings and specifications and reviews for familiarization; checks for completeness; notes bid deadlines and any special requirements</li>
<li>Organizes approach to project by deciding how to separate portions of major projects and to identify typical opening or hardware sets, etc.; notes project construction schedules, if applicable</li>
<li>Interprets construction specifications; where necessary, discusses interpretations with team salesperson, customers or the architect</li>
<li>Reads building plans and identifies applicable portions with Cook & Boardman involvement</li>

Essential Functions

<li>Design and maintain the following:</li>
<li>Architecture of source system data to an on-premises data warehouse (DWH)</li>
<li>Ingestion of DWH data into star schema semantic models</li>
<li>Efficient and performant measures</li>
<li>Interactive dashboard reports and visualizations leveraging tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.)</li>
<li>Data partitioning and row-level security</li>
<li>Effective communication to multiple audiences</li>

Minimum Qualifications

The Aftermarket Sales Representative is responsible for generating revenue by engaging current and prospective customers through strategic outbound calling, one-to-one communications, social engagement, field marketing and more. The primary purpose is to create opportunities for the sales of Doors, Frames and Hardware, and ultimately become a trusted advisor to customers such as, K-12 Schools, Healthcare, and College/ Universities.
 This position includes a base salary + commission.
 Essential Functions

<li>Obtain, maintain, and optimize customer relations through planned and regular sales visits and communications for given territory</li>
<li>Call on predefined customer and prospect lists to generate sales opportunities and follow up on new leads and opportunities within a competitive, fast-paced sales environment</li>

<li>Achieve or exceed department quotas, sales goals and objectives, and deadlines</li>
<li>Identify target prospects and create strategic action plans to develop the accounts as customers</li>
<li>Follow up on all customer leads from external and internal sources</li>
<li>Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature</li>
<li>Communicate regularly with key decision makers, such as: directors of maintenance and/or security, school superintendents and locksmiths</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and detailed activity notes, such as daily calls logs, results reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analyses, to be reviewed periodically with manager</li>
<li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
 <ul>
<li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education/experience</li>
<li>At least 3 years of related sales experience in construction and/or building supply sales</li>
<li>Experience with high volume cold calling</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
 <ul>
<li>Strong Customer Relations skills</li>
<li>Strong Verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Proficient computer skills, including mainframe programs and Microsoft Office Suite</li>
<li>Must have good attention to details and strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communications</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Door Hardware, Locks and Access Control</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Strong sales and phone skills are a must. Able to problem solve and resolve inquiries both internally and externally. Supports the sales cycle in full, and is able to act independently. Highly motivated and personable presence essential and must be able to meet quotas and sale initiatives.</li>

Physical Demands
 This position requires physical activity consistent with a construction or installation environment. The employee will spend more than two-thirds of their time standing, kneeling, crouching, stooping, using hands to handle or feel, and reaching with hands and arms. Approximately one-third of the time may be spent walking and engaging in verbal communication or listening. Frequent lifting and moving of materials weighing between 25 and 50 pounds is required.
 
Work Environment
 This role may involve travel to project sites and exposure to a variety of environmental conditions. These may include outdoor weather, proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery, and the use of hand tools or hardware. Employees may be subject to frequent heavy lifting and other physical demands typical of a construction or warehouse environment.
