Social Media Content Creator (Real Estate Marketing)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Architect with a minimum of 10 &ndash; 15 years of experience, preferably specializing in high-rise building design.Job Description:<ul><li>The incumbent will be required to reinforce the BIM culture in our office and implement modelling techniques to assist in the construction coordination process.</li><li>Develop Revit models of projects both in conceptual and construction stages</li><li>Study various disciplines to highlight errors and clashes prior to construction and coordinate with consultants to resolve clashes</li><li>Focus on the planning, designing, and coordinating of architectural drawings, conducting site visits while collaborating with other construction/discipline professionals and consultants</li><li>Review all architectural drawings for technical accuracy, design integrity, and code compliance.</li><li>Provide corrective measures in case of discrepancies, deviations or clashes.</li><li>Demonstrate a strong understanding of materials and their application in the construction process, and effectively coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth execution of the design.</li><li>Able to develop and conduct presentations for stakeholders</li><li>Provide quality control on for shop drawings for interior fabrication</li><li>Provide assistance in coordinating design revisions, updates, and documentation, ensuring that all team members and consultants are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Structural, MEP, Interior fabrication, and Landscape teams.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).</li><li>Minimum 10&ndash;15 years of architectural design.</li><li>Vast working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Navisworks, AutoCad and Adobe Suite.</li><li>Working knowledge of rendering engines such as Enscape, Lumion and D5</li><li>Proven portfolio of completed high-rise, commercial and industrial projects.</li><li>Proven experience in project management and coordinating with various consultants (architectural, structural, MEP) to align the design and resolve issues early in the process.</li><li>Good understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and detailing.</li><li>Knowledge of local authority bylaws and approval procedures.</li></ul>Make sure to share your portfolio with the CV Email: hr@thecourtgroup.com.pkJob Type: Full-timePay: From Rs250,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
