We are hiring Marketing Manager with 10+ years of proven experience in Marketing &amp; Sales of Flooring Products, Paints, and Construction Chemicals. Candidates with relevant industry experience will be given preference; however, passionate candidates without prior experience are also welcome to apply.The ideal candidate must be a graduate with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of driving business growth, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Salary will not be a constraint for candidates with relevant experience and proven track record.Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales and growth targets in flooring products, paints, and construction chemicals.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong customer relationships.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.</li><li>Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to clients.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business through excellent service.</li><li>Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.</li><li>Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.</li><li>Train and guide the sales team (if applicable) to achieve collective business objectives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records of client interactions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
