We work closely with entrepreneurs, individuals, and privately held businesses to help them navigate accounting, tax compliance, and long-term financial strategies.Unlike larger firms where responsibilities are often highly segmented, our team members gain hands-on experience across many areas of accounting and taxation while building meaningful client relationships and contributing directly to client success.We are currently seeking a motivated Senior Associate with public accounting experience who is eager to continue growing professionally in a flexible, team-oriented environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Review ongoing bookkeeping and accounting records for clients</li><li>Prepare and file individual, corporate, partnership, and other tax returns</li><li>Assist clients with tax planning and tax strategy discussions</li><li>Ensure tax compliance and accurate financial reporting</li><li>Communicate directly with clients regarding accounting and tax matters</li><li>Perform reconciliations, financial analysis, and related accounting work</li><li>Collaborate with team members on client projects and deadlines</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting required</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting</li><li>CPA preferred, but not required</li><li>Strong understanding of taxation and accounting principles</li><li>Experience preparing tax returns and working with financial records</li><li>Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and team-oriented</li><li>Strong communication and client relationship skills</li><li>Motivated, organized, and eager to continue learning and growing professionally</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Target salary range: $95,000 &ndash; $140,000+, depending on experience and overall fit</li><li>Flexible compensation consideration for highly experienced candidates</li><li>Health, dental, and vision benefits</li><li>Flexible work environment based on experience, motivation, and ability to work independently</li><li>Growth opportunities within a smaller, expanding firm</li></ul>Work EnvironmentWe understand that different candidates bring different levels of experience and working styles.
