Develop and optimize innovative SEA strategies to maximize campaign performance</li>
<li>Conduct in-depth keyword research and create compelling ad copy</li>
<li>Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results</li>
<li>Manage the SEA budget efficiently to ensure a positive ROI</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with different teams to integrate SEA into the broader marketing strategy</li>
</ul>
Preferred Background:
<ul><li>5-7 years of experience in SEA management, ideally in an international setting</li>
<li>Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other relevant SEA platforms</li>
<li>Proven analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics</li>
<li>A proactive and independent work style with strong ownership</li>
<li>A Passion for staying ahead on best practices how to maximize the use of AI in your field. Ideally experienced in frequent use of AI and a strategic view to harness future capabilities</li>
<li>Fluent in English; additional languages like German are a plus</li></ul>
