Our B2B Marketing Manager will be a key part of our Sales &amp; Marketing team. This leader will build campaign strategies, manage events, and track metrics all aligned to our Go-to-Market plan. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation &amp; Customer Acquisition<ul><li>
Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies targeting dental practice owners, office managers, and decision-makers.</li><li>
Design and implement multi-channel campaigns including email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, and content marketing.</li><li>
Develop lead scoring and targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value prospects.</li><li>
Develop and manage nurture sequences for different buyer profiles and stages of the customer journey.</li><li>
Implement lead scoring systems and qualification processes to optimize sales team efficiency.</li><li>
Execute seasonal and event-driven promotional campaigns aligned with dental industry cycles.</li><li>
Develop partner program to facilitate referral lead generation.</li><li>
Test and optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion paths across all digital touchpoints.</li><li>
Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion optimization.</li></ul>
Digital Marketing &amp; Website Management<ul><li>
Maintain and optimize company website for SEO, user experience, and lead conversion.</li><li>
Create and manage multi-channel content calendars for website, blog, and social media platforms; overlay with Google Analytics to determine high impact channels and campaigns.</li><li>
Implement and monitor paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).</li><li>
Ensure website content remains current with service offerings and industry trends.</li></ul>
Content Creation &amp; Copywriting<ul><li>
Develop compelling marketing copy for websites, emails, brochures, case studies, and promotional materials.</li><li>
Create strategically focused educational content that demonstrates expertise in dental practice management.</li><li>
Write and edit blog posts, whitepapers, and industry articles.</li><li>
Develop sales enablement materials, presentation decks and engagement lead magnets in various forms such as infographics, checklists, etc.</li></ul>
Event Marketing &amp; Relationship Building<ul><li>
Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and webinars targeting dental professionals.</li><li>
Coordinate speaking engagements and thought leadership opportunities.</li><li>
Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up campaigns.</li><li>
Build relationships with dental industry associations and publication partners.</li></ul>
Analytics &amp; Performance Tracking<ul><li>
Create, implement and maintain marketing analytics systems and dashboards.</li><li>
Monitor and report on all marketing KPIs and campaign performance.</li><li>
Conduct regular analysis of lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.</li><li>
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Marketing.</li><li>
Well-organized, data-driven and detail-oriented. High level of comfort with KPIs and reporting systems.</li><li>
5-8 years of B2B experience leading and executing marketing efforts preferred.</li><li>
Proven record growing a small B2B business ($2M to $30M+). Candidates must have demonstrated B2B experience inside a company&rsquo;s marketing department. (Agency and B2C candidates are not eligible.)</li><li>
Exceptional communication and copywriting skills.</li><li>
EOS &ldquo;Traction&rdquo; experience is a plus or other &ldquo;balanced scorecard&rdquo; company metrics reporting structure.</li><li>

Reporting Structure
This position reports to the Growth Officer and works closely with the sales team, consulting staff, partners and external vendors. The Marketing Manager will provide monthly performance reports and quarterly strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
