Our modern practice focuses on delivering high-quality aesthetic and wellness services in a professional, client-centered environment. We pride ourselves on results, retention, and exceptional client experience.Position Overview: We are looking for a Licensed Aesthetician with Electrolysis certification who is confident, detail-oriented, and committed to building long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who not only delivers excellent treatments but also understands the importance of client retention and consistent follow-up care.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform professional electrolysis treatments with precision and care</li><li>Conduct consultations and create personalized treatment plans</li><li>Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high retention rates</li><li>Accurately document treatments and client progress</li><li>Utilize scheduling and charting software efficiently</li><li>Maintain a clean, compliant, and welcoming treatment environment</li><li>Capture high-quality before and after photos to document client progress and results</li><li>Assist the marketing director in creating social media content (photos, short videos, client results) to support marketing and growth</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Active Florida Aesthetician License (required)</li><li>Electrolysis License/Certification (required)</li><li>Proven ability to retain clients and build loyalty</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li><li>Computer savvy (comfortable with booking systems, digital charts, and basic office tools)</li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Med spa or clinical setting experience</li><li>Sales confidence in recommending treatments and skincare</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive pay (based on experience + performance)</li><li>Growth opportunities within a modern, expanding practice</li><li>Supportive and professional team environment</li></ul>Schedule: Work schedule is M, T, W, F 8:00-5:00, Thursdays 9:00-6:00 (some weekends required for events and trainings) To Apply: Please submit your resume along with a brief summary of your experience and availability.Join a team where results, professionalism, and client care come first.Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Aesthetic treatments: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Florida Aesthetician License (Preferred)</li><li>Electrolysis License/Certification (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
