 THE OPPORTUNITY
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a skilled
 
 Production Graphic Designer
 
 to support our in-house design efforts, primarily in updating and creating graphics for
 
 client deliverables,
 
 
 sales decks, one-pagers, and marketing materials
 
 . You&rsquo;ll work closely with our designer to maintain brand consistency and visual storytelling across presentations and assets. We are looking for someone design-savvy with an ability to work within brand standards and technical graphic specifications.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work with pre-approved production templates to generate high-volume graphic variants and client assets
 </li>
 <li>
 Update and refine existing sales decks and marketing assets using current templates and brand guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Relay brand, language, and design changes across existing materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Create new slides or materials based on existing examples and direction
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain visual consistency across multiple file types and formats (Keynote, Google Slides, Canva)
 </li>
 <li>
 Pull and organize images, icons, and video thumbnails from our asset management system
 </li>
 <li>
 Help organize, rename, and update our shared design folders and asset libraries
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare export-ready files for internal and external presentations
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong experience in Keynote, Google Slides, and Canva
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to learn new tools and follow production guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to work from existing materials and maintain brand consistency
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience designing for sales, marketing, or B2B presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented and organized; comfortable managing multiple files and asset libraries
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus: Familiarity with asset management systems (we primarily use Iconik) and Adobe Suite
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with motion graphics or Adobe After Effects a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative and comfortable with quick turnarounds
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills and willingness to ask clarifying questions
 </li>
