Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team in the car care sector. The main focus of this role is business development and closing contracts with fleet companies, ensuring long-term partnerships and consistent revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with fleet owners, leasing companies, corporate clients, and logistics providers.</li><li>Promote our full range of car care and detailing services tailored for fleet requirements.</li><li>Conduct outdoor sales visits, meetings, and presentations to decision-makers.</li><li>Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and provide regular updates to management.</li><li>Ensure excellent after-sales support and client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.</li><li>Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends in the car care industry.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in automotive, car care, or fleet-related services.</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.</li><li>UAE driving license preferred.</li><li>Candidates with own visa will be given priority.</li><li>Positive attitude, goal-driven, and professional approach.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary and incentives will be discussed during the interview, based on experience and performance.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have your own car?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>car care industry: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>english (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE driving License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
