 Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications (.NET backend + React frontend).

 <li>
 Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship features quickly and cleanly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review code, mentor juniors, and uphold engineering best practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work on real-world products used by businesses daily&mdash;not side projects.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 
 Ability to work independently and handle features/projects from start to finish with minimal guidance.
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 2&ndash;5 years
 
 professional experience in web development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in
 
 .NET Core (C#)
 
 and
 
 ReactJS (Hooks, Context, State Mgmt)
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid grasp of
 
 REST APIs, SQL/Entity Framework, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Bonus: Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, microservices, or high-traffic systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Another Bonus: Experience with mobile app development specially using React Native.
 </li>
 <li>
 A mindset that values clean, testable, and maintainable code.
 </li>
