 &nbsp;to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on performance and measurable results.
 
 
 Responsibilities
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google (TikTok is a plus)
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on key KPIs (CPA, ROAS, conversion rates)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage advertising budgets and allocate spend efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and offers
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with content and design teams to improve campaign performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare clear, data-driven performance reports on a regular basis
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 Requirements
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns with measurable results
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with tracking tools, pixels, and basic analytics
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to analyze data and make informed optimization decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Preferred Qualifications
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in SaaS or lead generation campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience scaling campaigns from testing to stable performance
 </li>
