Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and exit processes.</li><li>Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Oversee performance management, appraisals, promotions, training and development.</li><li>Maintain compliance with labour laws and company regulations.</li><li>Manage payroll support, benefits, attendance records, and HR documentation.</li><li>Work with senior management to plan workforce needs, budgeting, and HR strategy.</li><li>Promote a positive work culture, employee engagement, retention, and organizational development.</li></ul>Requirements / Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (in HR / Business / relevant field); HR specialization or prior experience preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and documentation.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage confidential information and exercise discretion.</li><li>Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
