The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by selling Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to US-based doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers. The role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, relationship building, and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and prospect US-based physicians, clinics, and healthcare facilities</li><li>Generate leads through cold calling.</li><li>Schedule and conduct sales meetings via phone, or virtual presentations</li><li>Present and explain Medical Billing, Coding, AR Follow-up, Credentialing, and RCM services</li><li>Understand client pain points and offer customized billing solutions</li><li>Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements</li><li>Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets</li><li>Conduct market and competitor research</li><li>Coordinate with onboarding and operations teams to ensure smooth client transitions</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Strong negotiation and closing abilities</li><li>Confidence in communicating with physicians and decision-makers</li><li>Objection handling and consultative selling skills</li><li>Lead nurturing and follow-up discipline</li><li>Target-driven and results-oriented mindset</li><li>Professional email and call etiquette</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: From Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: On the road
