With millions of dollars in ad spend annually, we work with global brands to deliver measurable growth through strategic campaigns, creative design, and advanced analytics.We are now seeking an experienced and visionary SMM Manager to lead our growing social media team, plan and execute high-impact campaigns, and oversee all creative and operational aspects of social and paid media marketing.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Social Media Executives, Designers, and Paid Media Specialists.Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals and campaign objectives.Oversee content calendars, campaign layouts, and ad creatives across all platforms (META, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Pinterest, etc.).Ensure consistent branding, tone, and messaging across all digital channels.Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, tracking KPIs and performance metrics.Collaborate closely with the UI/UX design team to enhance creative visuals and improve user engagement.Conduct competitive research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for campaign innovation.Supervise daily operations, performance targets, and reporting for all SMM team members.Present weekly and monthly performance reports, ROI analysis, and strategy recommendations to management.Plan influencer collaborations, partnerships, and creative campaigns that drive brand awareness and conversions.Monitor and respond to audience engagement, feedback, and trends in real-time.Stay updated with the latest algorithms, platform updates, and social media tools to keep campaigns effective and competitive.Required QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager in an agency or high-performance digital environment.Proven ability to manage large creative and marketing teams effectively.Strong background in UI/UX design principles, campaign layouts, and content strategy.Advanced understanding of paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Ads).Excellent command of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).Ability to plan, assign, and review daily tasks and ensure on-time campaign execution.Exceptional skills in reporting, performance tracking, and presentation.Highly creative with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.Female candidates are highly preferred for this role.Preferred SkillsExperience in BPO, performance marketing, or telecom/digital service campaigns.Familiarity with Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools.Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and lead generation funnels.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Why Join Digital Elites GlobalBe part of a high-performing global marketing company with multi-million-dollar annual ad spend.Work in a collaborative, creative, and data-driven environment.Competitive salary + incentives.Opportunity to grow into a Director-level leadership position based on performance.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
