The Dixon Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer-Sales Assistant to join our team in Pewaukee, WI! The Buyer will support all activities related to procurement, inventory management and sales quotation. This will include obtaining quotations, calculating lead times and prices, placing purchase orders, tracking orders, and assisting with inventory activities. Will also support part number creation by assuring parts are entered into the system accurately and in a timely manner. Assist with Purchasing and Sales related projects as required.

<ul><li>What You'll Do:</li></ul>

As a Buyer-Sales Assistant, your day-to-day will involve high-level coordination across the following areas:
<ul>
<li>Manage the Open Order Report, handle Domestic PO acknowledgments, and conduct rigorous follow-ups on past-due purchase orders.</li>
<li>Solicit vendor quotes, maintain the vendor database, and manage ongoing vendor communications.</li>
<li>Handle Bill of Materials and part number entry into the system; ensure vendor part maintenance is accurate and timely.</li>
<li>Provide essential back-up for Foreign Purchasing and SF Factory ordering.</li>
<li>Calculate prices based on standard costs, perform margin analysis, and handle custom part quoting to support the sales team.</li>
<li>Generate and manage various reports including Delivery Date Accuracy (DDA), Logility, and Cancelled Orders.</li>
<li>Assist with Standard Cost Rolls, Supply Chain QC tasks, and manage/clean up shared departmental file folders.</li>
<li>Assist Customer Service Representatives (CSR) via Smartsheet to resolve inquiries efficiently.</li>
</ul>
 What We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.</li>
<li>3&ndash;5 years of professional experience in purchasing, sales support, or a related administrative supply chain role.</li>
<li>Ability to perform margin analysis and price calculations with high accuracy.</li>
<li>Advanced computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Excel and Word, with a strong familiarity with ERP systems.</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills for professional vendor and internal interaction.</li>
<li>A self-starter who can multi-task across different programs, set priorities, and meet deadlines autonomously.</li>
<li>A flexible &quot;team player&quot; attitude, willing to jump in and assist with various projects as required.</li>

The Dixon Group is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Chestertown, MD! As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be a pivotal member of a regional sales team and will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager. You will assist a regional sales team in several different ways, make outbound calls to customers, participate in regional calls and meetings, assist in training coordination, product initiatives, and new product launches. Understanding sales processes, developing product knowledge, and navigating the Dixon CRM program will be required to fulfill these duties.

 What You'll Do:

<li>Act as a primary contact and make outbound sales calls to customers to promote products and services.</li>
<li>Research and identify sales and product trends and provide analysis to the team.</li>
<li>Coordinate and track growth programs for key distributors.</li>
<li>Track and facilitate quarterly follow-up with distributor agreements, proposals, and strategic business initiatives with key customers.</li>
<li>Assist with product presentations and training initiatives.</li>
<li>Take responsibility for special projects, research, and assignments as needed.</li>
<li>Utilize Dixon&rsquo;s CRM program to record and communicate customer interactions.</li>
<li>Provide exceptional, proactive customer service and communication.</li>
<li>Support customers and divisions on quote preparation and order fulfillment.</li>
</ul>
 What We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum 1-2 years in customer service, sales roles, and/or data analysis</li>
<li>3-5 of Industrial Sales experience preferred.</li>
<li>Outgoing team player with a positive attitude</li>
<li>Strong sense of professionalism and work ethic</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to establish and build relationships with customers</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Self-starter, highly motivated</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office, Salesforce or similar CRM experience a plus</li>
