The ideal candidate with be HVAC certified and have 3+ years of experience in residential apartment maintenance.

Requirements:<ul><li>
Supervise, train, and lead a team of service technicians</li><li>
Schedule and manage all maintenance operations, including service requests, work orders, and preventive maintenance</li><li>
Oversee contractors and vendors; manage inventory and supply ordering</li><li>
Ensure high-quality apartment turnovers and unit readiness</li><li>
Perform and oversee repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance</li><li>
Conduct routine inspections of apartments, buildings, and systems</li><li>
Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and building codes</li><li>
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation using property management systems (Yardi preferred)</li><li>
Participate in on-call emergency rotation as needed</li></ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>3+ years of apartment maintenance experience, with prior supervisory or lead tech experience</li><li>
Expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry</li><li>
Strong leadership, scheduling, and organizational abilities</li><li>
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Computer proficiency; Yardi experience is a plus</li><li>
Must have basic tools and reliable transportation</li><li>
Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs</li><li>
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred</li><li>

We are seeking a talented Leasing Consultant with prior leasing experience for a 200-unit residential apartment community located in Washington, DC (Washington Apartments).
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Greet and engage prospective residents with professionalism and enthusiasm</li><li>
Conduct property tours and showcase apartment features and community amenities</li><li>
Execute the full leasing cycle&mdash;from initial inquiry through lease signing</li><li>
Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to attract new prospects</li><li>
Maintain accurate resident and prospect records (Yardi experience a plus)</li><li>
Promote resident retention through excellent customer care and service follow-up</li><li>
Support the property team in day-to-day operations and building events</li><li>
Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Prior leasing experience in a multifamily community</li><li>
Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>
Goal-oriented with proven closing ability</li><li>
Tech-savvy, organized, and detail-focused</li><li>
Availability to work weekends and some evenings for resident events</li><li>
Yardi or similar property management software experience preferred</li></ul>
