Full job descriptionWell established and growing national law firm is presenting a unique opportunity for the right candidate to join as a Mass Tort Attorney responsible for coordinating and managing a number of Mass Tort dockets.This candidate will be essential in monitoring these claims from start to finish, reporting directly to the firm&rsquo;s owner and other attorneys and requires the ability to coordinate/work with members of the Firm located in other locations.Prior experience in a mass torts-related field including product liability, pharmaceutical litigation, product defect, environmental contamination and/or other similar complex litigation is desired.Excellent organizational/data management skills are required. The Driscoll Firm is looking for experienced, bilingual Intake Agents/Client Relations Representatives to work in our busy offices in Atlanta, GA, Raleigh, NC, Chicago Il and San Juan, PR assisting clients. Multiple shifts available &ndash; Day/Evening/Night - including Saturday and Sunday.
