Multi-office award winning Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm is looking for a full-time Legal Assistant/ Paralegal.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answering phones</li><li>Setting up new client's files</li><li>Requesting all pre-litigation documents: police reports, medical records, and bills, insurance information, etc</li><li>Regular and timely communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers</li><li>Scheduling</li><li>Strong multitasking skills, highly organized, and detail oriented</li><li>Able to work at a fast pace with a heavy case volume</li><li>Commitment to providing smart, friendly, quality service to our clients</li><li>Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Prevail (a plus)</li><li>Bilingual (English &amp; Spanish)</li><li>Professional and positive attitude</li><li>Team player</li><li>Detail Oriented and meticulous with work product</li><li>Desire to learn and grow</li><li>Ability to work Monday thru Friday</li><li>Hours of 9:00a - 5:00p (possibly flexible)</li><li>* pay is based on experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $30,000.00 - $37,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Stuart, FL 34994 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Stuart, FL 34994: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
