We are searching for somebody who will help our attorneys and clients make it through family law issues, such as divorces, child custody, adoptions, and more.

Compensation:
$70,000 total compensation
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
You Must have experience in family law.</li><li>
You Must have litigation experience.</li><li>

It&rsquo;s important not to take things personally and understand that clients are going through one of the toughest times in their lives. Our job is to help them stay focused on where they want to go and guide them on how to get there.</li><li>
You must be a team player. You will be working with other members of our staff and both you and our other staff members are accountable to each other. We strive to schedule our internally imposed deadlines with plenty of time before the final &quot;real&quot; deadline. But, as you may have experienced, we will always have a handful of clients who bring us discovery documents the night before court.</li><li>
The people who thrive here are those who roll up their sleeves and help their team get the work done.</li></ul>
Specific duties:<ul><li>
Calendaring deadlines and tasks and making sure deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time.</li><li>
Drafting pleadings, including Petitions, Motions, DRFAs, Child Support Worksheets, etc.</li><li>
Performing legal research.</li><li>
Preparing the client And the file for mediation, hearings, and trials.</li><li>
Preparing trial notebooks.</li><li>
Drafting Final Orders.</li><li>
Preparing and Responding to Discovery.</li><li>
Electronic filing using Odyssey, PeachCourt, etc.</li><li>
Scheduling Zoom, WebEx, and other virtual meetings and hearings.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Georgia Family Law Experience is a Must.</li><li>
Ability to think independently is a Must.</li><li>
Passion for helping people with grace and compassion is a Must.</li></ul> 
The perfect addition to our team will come in with a wealth of experience and step right into the roles necessary to get clients through their cases. This is a full-time job, and our employees must show up in the office during regular hours to ensure that clients have access to someone on the team. Litigation Paralegal - Family Law

<div>Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! You&rsquo;ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their cases, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments. We&rsquo;ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. If you have prior customer service experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, apply today!
Compensation:
$30,000 - $40,000 per year
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Manage attorney schedules, including prospective client consultations, to foster caseload growth</li>
<li>Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency</li>
<li>Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files</li>
<li>Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team</li>
<li>Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner</li>
</ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>
Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li>
<li>Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency</li>
<li>Previous customer service or sales experience preferred</li>
<li>CRM and case management software experience a plus</li>
