We are looking for passionate professionals, high-energy Restaurant Servers who excel in a fast paced, high volume environment and take genuine pride in delivering attentive, efficient, and thoughtful service. You&rsquo;ll guide guests through the menu, quickly refill beverages, and ensure food arrives promptly and perfectly. As a vital part of our front of house team, you&rsquo;ll wow our guests with outstanding service and hospitality. Whether guests are celebrating a special occasion or simply spending time with family and friends, our Servers go the extra mile to make it memorable.Responsibilities<ul><li>Ability to work weekends</li><li>Warmly greet guests, creating a welcoming guest experience</li><li>Build rapport through casual conversation while providing attentive service</li><li>Orchestrate dining experiences in alignment with our defined service standards</li><li>Take and enter accurate orders using a POS system</li><li>Actively listen during guest interactions to anticipate needs</li><li>Share menu knowledge by making menu recommendations and answering questions about food allergies and ingredients</li><li>Guide guests in beer and spirit selections while demonstrating strong wine knowledge</li><li>Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure order accuracy and timely service</li><li>Deliver food and drinks with speed and a sense of urgency</li><li>Fill and refill beverages, clear tables, and manage multiple tables</li><li>Process payments accurately, including cash handling and credit/debit transactions</li><li>Follow instructions, procedures, and alcohol service guidelines</li><li>Demonstrate ownership of sidework and closing tasks to maintain cleanliness and organization</li><li>Work well under pressure with a positive, patient attitude</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience</li><li>Hands-on experience in cashier duties</li><li>Attention to cleanliness and safety</li><li>Patience and customer-oriented approach</li><li>Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude</li><li>Responsible and trustworthy</li><li>High school diploma is a plus but not required</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timeExperience:<ul><li>Serving Experience: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Restaurant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Night Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
