Job Title: Procurement Officer Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout UsWe are a dynamic and growing group of companies operating across multiple industries, including Interior, fitness, F&amp;B, retail, etc. With innovation and excellence at the heart of our operations, we are looking for a skilled and proactive Procurement Officer to join our team and ensure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality sourcing of goods and services across all business units.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies to support the group&rsquo;s operational and project needs.</li><li>Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve the best value in terms of quality, price, delivery, and payment terms.</li><li>Prepare purchase orders and ensure accuracy in specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure continuous supply and service excellence.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and alternative products/materials.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal/contractual requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to align purchasing activities with business objectives.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of procurement contracts, supplier databases, and purchase histories.</li><li>Regularly review and analyze procurement costs to identify areas for savings and efficiency improvements.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum [3&ndash;5] years of experience in procurement, preferably within a group of companies or a multi-industry environment.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Knowledge of import/export procedures and supplier management is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,200.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
