We are hiring a <b>Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Media)</b> to take ownership of the <b>execution, optimization, and performance</b> of our paid advertising campaigns.</p><p></p><p><br>
This is a <b>hands-on role</b>. You will be responsible for launching campaigns, monitoring performance, making adjustments, and improving results over time.</p><p></p><p><br>
You will be working within an established funnel and offer structure. Your focus is to <b>improve performance, scale what works, and fix what doesn&rsquo;t.</b></p><p></p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>

What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Campaign Execution</b></h3><ul><li>
Build, launch, and manage campaigns across <b>Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn</b></li><li>
Execute campaigns for:</li><li>
Lead generation</li><li>
Webinar registrations</li><li>
Low-ticket offers</li><li>
Live event ticket sales</li><li>
High-ticket applications</li><li>
Ensure campaigns are set up correctly with proper tracking and structure</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Performance, Optimization &amp; Reporting</b></h3><ul><li>
Monitor campaigns daily and adjust based on performance</li><li><b>
Run structured testing across audiences, creatives, copy, and offers to improve performance</b></li><li><b>
Continuously iterate based on data, identifying which variables are driving results</b></li><li>
Improve key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates</li><li>
Scale campaigns that are working and cut what isn&rsquo;t</li><li><b>
Develop and execute ongoing A/B testing plans to improve campaign performance over time</b></li><li><b>
Understand and adjust key levers including creative, targeting, budget allocation, and funnel performance</b></li><li><b>
Own campaign performance and key metrics across all channels</b></li><li><b>
Own performance tracking and reporting (daily/weekly), with clear breakdowns of results and insights</b></li><li><b>
Identify what is driving results, what is underperforming, and why</b></li><li><b>
Provide clear recommendations on what should be scaled, adjusted, or paused</b></li><li><b>
Communicate performance in a direct, concise, and actionable way</b></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Funnel Support</b></h3><ul><li>
Work within existing funnels to improve conversion at each step</li><li>
Identify drop-offs and areas for improvement</li><li>
Collaborate with the team to implement changes</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Automation &amp; Follow-Up</b></h3><ul><li>
Use <b>GoHighLevel (GHL)</b> to support campaigns and tracking</li><li>
Assist with:</li><li>
Email sequences</li><li>
SMS follow-ups</li><li>
Basic automation tied to campaigns</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Creative &amp; Copy</b></h3><ul><li>
Write and test ad copy</li><li>
Work with creatives and provide feedback based on performance</li><li>
Help iterate on messaging that improves results</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>
5+ years managing paid media campaigns</li><li>
Deep experience with <b>Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)</b></li><li>
Experience running and optimizing <b>YouTube campaigns</b></li><li>
Experience managing at least <b>$50K&ndash;$100K+/month in ad spend</b> (or similar scale)</li><li>
Strong understanding of performance metrics and how to improve them</li><li>
Experience with tracking, attribution, and performance reporting</li><li>
Ability to analyze data and make clear, informed decisions</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Preferred Experience</b></h3><ul><li>
Coaching, consulting, info products, or live events</li><li>
Multi-step funnels and value ladders</li><li>
GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar platforms</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
