 To excel in this role, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:

   120 Hour TEFL/TESOL Certified, demonstrating a strong foundation in English language teaching methodologies.

   Proven experience in teaching English to diverse student populations, particularly in a English Language Teaching context.
  </li>

   Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey concepts and engage students.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong organizational skills to manage lesson planning, grading, and classroom activities efficiently.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to create a supportive and motivating learning environment that caters to different learning styles.
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with educational technology and digital resources to enhance teaching and learning.
  </li>
  <li>
   Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with educational best practices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  </li>
