With a commitment to excellence and integrity, we cater to a diverse clientele seeking high-quality discrete experience.Position Overview: You will receive on-site training for 4-6 weeks to familiarize yourself with our company's processes, procedures, and industry knowledge. While prior knowledge in the field is preferred, it is not required. We are seeking someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and dedication to excellence.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Independently establish and manage the daily operations of the buying office, including procurement, inventory management, and pricing analysis.</li><li>Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely acquisition of gold, silver, jewelry, diamonds, and watches in line with company objectives and market demands.</li><li>Receive on-site training for 4-6 weeks to learn company processes, procedures, and industry knowledge.</li><li>Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging opportunities in the precious metals and luxury goods market.</li><li>Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and finance, to coordinate procurement activities and support overall business objectives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and ethical practices in all procurement activities.</li><li>Oversee the inspection, authentication, and appraisal of purchased goods to verify quality, authenticity, and value.</li><li>Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and analyses related to procurement activities, expenses, and inventory levels for management review.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.</li><li>Prior experience in procurement, sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.</li><li>Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, procedures, and industry knowledge.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders.</li><li>Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy, quality, and compliance in all procurement activities.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable.</li><li>Ability to commit to on-site training for 4-6 weeks at the beginning of employment.</li></ul>This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual seeking responsibility in managing a buying office in the precious metals and luxury goods industry.
