We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative Malyalam Tamil English Hindi to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with various immigration processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing expert advice to facilitate successful immigration outcomes.Please read the instructions carefully before submitting your application.Customer Service Representative Malyalam Tamil English HindiKey Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Provide accurate information about products and services.Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.Continuously improve service delivery by providing feedback and suggestions.Requirements:Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a multinational company.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.Multilingual abilities are an advantage.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent- Salary: AED2,800- AED3,000 per month.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
