Telesales Executive – Immigration / Work Visa Consultant

The Expert Advice is a dynamic and reputable immigration consulting firm dedicated to providing comprehensive immigration services to individuals, families, and businesses.We are currently seeking a skilled Telesales Executive with minimum experience of 1 year in sales industry with a compelling sales pitch to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with various immigration processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing expert advice to facilitate successful immigration outcomes.Language Requirement:Any Language. ( Female Only )Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate sales leads.</li><li>Present, promote, and sell products/services using strong knowledge of our offerings.</li><li>Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.</li><li>Communicate effectively in both Hindi and English with customers to understand their needs.</li><li>Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.</li><li>Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales progress.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.</li><li>Work in a target-driven environment and contribute to achieving team goals.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Fluent in both Hindi and English (written and spoken).</li><li>Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone.</li><li>Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets.</li><li>Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently.</li><li>Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.</li><li>Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred but not required.</li><li>Own Visa can also apply ( Female Only )</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.</li><li>Flexible work environment.</li><li>Career growth opportunities.</li><li>Training and development to enhance your skills.</li><li>Health and wellness benefits.</li></ul>Salary :- Up to 3000 AED + Commission.
