This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills, stay current with industry trends, and make a positive impact on every guest who walks through our doors.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide professional esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash tinting, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.</li><li>Conduct skin analysis and recommend tailored skincare routines and products to meet individual client needs.</li><li>Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by adhering to infection control protocols and sanitation procedures at all times.</li><li>Manage medical records accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.</li><li>Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and aftercare instructions to promote long-term results.</li><li>Support sales efforts by recommending appropriate retail products that complement treatments and meet client needs.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid cosmetology or esthetician license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority.</li><li>Proven experience in providing esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash tinting, dermabrasion, and laser therapy.</li><li>Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and infection control standards within a spa or clinic setting.</li><li>Familiarity with EMR systems for managing medical records efficiently and securely.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
