Who you are<ul><li>You have a strong eye for boutique trends, styling, and what&rsquo;s &ldquo;scroll-stopping&rdquo;</li><li>You get our vibe: cute + comfy + elevated for women who are on the go (vacation, errands, date night, girls night, country concerts)</li><li>You&rsquo;re confident directing models (or team members) in a way that looks natural, not stiff</li><li>You can walk into the store, spot what&rsquo;s new/most exciting, and know how to shoot it</li></ul>Core responsibilitiesProduct photography (website-ready)<ul><li>Shoot clean, bright, consistent product photos for Shopify</li><li>Flat lays, hanging, mannequin, and lifestyle as needed</li><li>Capture details that reduce returns (fabric texture, true color, fit, length, stretch, features)</li><li>Ensure images are edited and sized consistently for the website</li></ul>Content creation (social-first)<ul><li>Create short-form video content for Instagram + Facebook (Reels, try-ons, transitions, b-roll)</li><li>Capture behind-the-scenes content: new arrivals, unboxings, styling moments, displays, packing orders, etc.</li><li>Film and edit trend-based content in a way that still feels like &ldquo;us&rdquo;</li><li>Provide content that can be used for ads (clean hooks, strong visuals in first 2 seconds)</li></ul>Styling + creative direction<ul><li>Help style outfits (complete looks: top + denim + accessories + shoes)</li><li>Build simple shot lists based on launches/restocks/events</li><li>Keep up with trending audio, hooks, video pacing, and formats that convert</li></ul>Deliverables (weekly expectations)<ul><li>Shopify product photo sets for new arrivals (consistent angles + detail shots)</li><li>Lifestyle photos for featured collections (for banner, email, social)</li><li>A batch of short-form videos each week (mix of try-on, b-roll, and trending)</li><li>Organized file delivery (clearly labeled folders by date/collection)</li></ul>Quality standards (must-haves)<ul><li>On-brand lighting (no dark/yellow indoor lighting)</li><li>True-to-color editing and accurate representation</li><li>Crisp focus and clean framing</li><li>Fast turnaround and strong communication</li><li>Ability to take feedback and quickly adjust</li></ul>Schedule + availability<ul><li>Part-time hours, typically scheduled around new arrivals, launches, and content needs</li><li>Must be able to come in-store for shoots and occasional on-location lifestyle shoots</li><li>Optional: availability during/around live sale days for extra content capture</li></ul>Tools + skills<ul><li>Must have your own camera and/or iPhone capable of high-quality video</li><li>Comfortable with editing tools (CapCut, Adobe, Lightroom, etc.)</li><li>Basic understanding of social media formatting (9:16 for Reels, cover images, trending pacing)</li><li>Bonus if you understand Shopify image needs and/or have experience shooting for boutiques</li></ul>Nice-to-haves<ul><li>Experience with boutique product photography and try-on content</li><li>Ability to model occasionally (or bring a model friend)</li><li>Graphic/design skills for simple story graphics, promo visuals, thumbnails</li></ul>How we&rsquo;ll measure success<ul><li>Consistent, high-quality photos that make the website look elevated and trustworthy</li><li>Content that drives saves, shares, clicks, and sales</li><li>Faster, smoother launch workflow (content ready before drop days)</li><li>Strong creative ideas brought to the table (not just &ldquo;tell me what to shoot&rdquo;)</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Have you ever made Reels, TikToks and/or Social Media posts?</li><li>Do you have experience with photo editing?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
