The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations while reducing RTO (Return to Origin) rates and converting prospective leads into customers.Key Responsibilities:Order Dispatch:<ul><li>Supervise the entire order dispatch process to ensure timely and accurate delivery.</li><li>Coordinate with logistics partners to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.</li></ul>Inventory Management:<ul><li>Maintain and update inventory records regularly.</li><li>Ensure stock levels are optimized to meet demand without overstocking or stockouts.</li></ul>Product Uploads:<ul><li>Oversee the upload of new products on the website, ensuring accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.</li><li>Collaborate with the content team to ensure product listings are attractive and informative.</li></ul>Customer &amp; Client Communication:<ul><li>Call prospective clients to understand their needs and convert leads into customers.</li><li>Handle RTO cases by reaching out to customers, resolving issues, and aligning them with logistics for smooth redelivery.</li></ul>RTO Reduction:<ul><li>Analyze RTO data to identify patterns and implement strategies to reduce returns.</li><li>Work closely with logistics partners and customers to ensure successful deliveries.</li></ul>Process Optimization:<ul><li>Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.</li><li>Ensure all processes comply with company policies and customer satisfaction standards.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or a similar role.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Proficiency in inventory management software and e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Customer-focused with the ability to handle client queries and complaints effectively.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in working with logistics and courier partners.</li><li>Familiarity with RTO management and strategies to minimize it.</li><li>Knowledge of product uploading on Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a growing brand in a creative and meaningful niche.</li><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>A supportive team and work environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;24,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
