 We are looking for an experienced &amp; talented Office Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, restaurant knowledge, be hardworking &amp; team oriented. The Office Manager must have a solid background in restaurant/hospitality accounting and experience with the following systems would be an asset: Accounting software (Netsuite), Payroll software (Paycom), Point of Sale software (GoTab), Inventory management software (MarginEdge), as well as Excel, Word, etc. The Office Manager should have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. This individual must be a strong communicator and be able to work with store level management and ownership.
 
 
 Job responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Preparing, reviewing and submitting payroll
 </li>
 <li>
 Effectively manage and communicate payroll related issues to management and ownership. This includes accurate and timely preparation of timecards and tip reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversight of all financial aspects of each restaurant including daily reporting, forecasting and facilitating preparation of weekly, biweekly, &amp; monthly P&amp;Ls for a single restaurant along with the general manager, store management and corporate accounting team
 </li>
 <li>
 Auditing and documenting daily sales and banquet event orders
 </li>
 <li>
 Direct working relationship with restaurant managers
 </li>
 <li>
 Daily cash management
 </li>
 <li>
 Bookkeeping
 </li>
 <li>
 Acting as role model and providing guidance on company culture
 </li>
 <li>
 Involvement in accounting policies, procedure and systems to improve business
 </li>
 <li>
 A/P support of entering bills into MarginEdge
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with annual budgeting
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Job Type: Full Time, Salary, In-person
 
 
 Pay: $ 65,000 -$75,000 per year
