We are looking for a <b>Regional Business Manager &ndash; Egypt &amp; North Africa</b> to join The Fini Company in a high-impact role with strong visibility and direct exposure to senior leadership.</p>
<p>
You will lead the development of our business across Egypt and selected North African markets, driving growth through distributor management and ensuring strong in-market execution. From shaping market strategies to delivering results, you will play a key role in accelerating our expansion in the region.</p>

</p><p><b>MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p>

Commercial strategy execution and business development</b></li></ul>
</div><ul><li>Lead and execute Fini&rsquo;s commercial strategy across Egypt and North Africa through appointed distributors.</li>
<li>Drive sales growth, profitability, market share, and distribution expansion in line with business objectives.</li>
<li>Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, customer insights, and channel development.</li>
<li>Ensure alignment between market activities and global/regional strategic priorities.</li>
</ul><div><ul><li><b>Market performance and planning</b></li></ul>
</div><ul><li>Deliver results across key KPIs, including sales, margins, distribution, and execution quality.</li>
<li>Develop annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts for each market.</li>
<li>Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and define corrective action plans.</li>
<li>Provide regular reporting and performance reviews to senior management.</li>
</ul><div><ul><li><b>Distributor management and execution excellence</b></li></ul>
</div><ul><li>Manage distributor performance end-to-end, ensuring compliance with agreed objectives and KPIs.</li>
<li>Oversee forecasting accuracy, stock levels, and overall supply efficiency in the market.</li>
<li>Drive excellence in in-store execution, visibility, and promotional activities.</li>
<li>Build strong partnerships with distributors, ensuring alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li>
</ul><div><ul><li><b>Key account development and market execution</b></li></ul>
</div><ul><li>Support the development of key accounts and strategic customers in the region.</li>
<li>Partner with distributors to strengthen negotiation, execution, and customer relationships.</li>
<li>Ensure effective implementation of trade marketing and promotional plans.</li>
<li>Monitor competition, pricing, and market dynamics to ensure competitiveness.</li>
</ul><div><ul><li><b>Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination</b></li></ul>
</div><ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure alignment and execution consistency.</li>
<li>Provide market intelligence and insights to support strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Act as the key point of contact for the region, ensuring clear communication and coordination.</li>
</ul><div><ul><li><b>Coaching, capability building, and market intelligence</b></li></ul>
</div><ul><li>Coach and support distributor teams to enhance capabilities and performance.</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.</li>
<li>Drive a culture of accountability, performance orientation, and continuous improvement across the region.</li></ul></div>

<div><p><b>Education</b></p>
<ul><li>
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.</li>
</ul><p><b>
Experience</b></p>
<ul><li>
Minimum of 10 years of experience in FMCG sales.</li>
<li>Strong experience in distributor management and multi-market commercial operations.</li>
<li>Proven track record in delivering growth, managing key accounts, and driving execution excellence.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the Egyptian market and North African business environment.</li>
</ul><p><b>
Languages</b></p>
<ul><li>
Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory).</li>
<li>French is a plus.</li>
