The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a remote legal team.This is a fully remote position offering flexibility, a competitive salary, and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic firm.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial</li><li>Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing communication throughout the case</li><li>Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and discovery responses</li><li>Negotiate settlements and attend mediations</li><li>Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case progression</li><li>Provide strategic legal advice to clients and ensure exceptional client service</li></ul>QualificationsRequired:<ul><li>Active Texas Bar License (in good standing)</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing personal injury law</li><li>Strong negotiation, analytical, and litigation skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities</li><li>Self-motivated and able to manage a remote caseload effectively</li><li>Litigation Experience</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience handling motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, or catastrophic injury cases</li><li>Trial experience or litigation background</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Salary: $80,000 &ndash; $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience)</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>Remote work flexibility</li><li>Paid time off and firm-recognized holidays</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Salary preference?</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
