Job Description:

We are looking to hire confident, talented individuals with experience in Telesales to join our winning team. This highly specialised role will involve the sale of exciting new property investments to our highly qualified database of subscribers. This is a telephone based job, in our &lsquo;state of the art&rsquo; Dubai head office. The majority of leads will be inbound responses to our database marketing campaigns, so there will be little or NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED.</div>

Job Description:
<ul><li>Manage and track all documents related to DLD, RERA, and Government Relations.</li><li>
Scan, organize, and maintain both physical and digital records in accordance with internal procedures.</li><li>
Archive inactive records systematically for future reference.</li><li>
Create and maintain an efficient filing system to support seamless information management.</li><li>
Retrieve permits, contracts, and agreements quickly and accurately when required.</li><li>
Conduct regular audits to ensure all records are accurate, complete, and up to date.</li><li>
Manage incoming and outgoing departmental documents and correspondence.</li><li>
Verify that all documents contain current and factual information related to ongoing tasks.</li><li>
Validate incoming documents for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>
Review and edit outgoing documents for typographical, grammatical, and factual errors.</li><li>
Ensure all documents meet professional standards before distribution to stakeholders.</li><li>
Translate documents from English to Arabic and vice versa with accuracy and cultural sensitivity.</li><li>
Prepare various reports for management on behalf of the Head of Department.</li><li>
Ensure reports are clear, concise, and tailored to the needs of senior leadership.</li><li>
Must be familiar with DLD and RERA platforms, including Oqood and TAS systems.</li></ul>
Desired Skill &amp; Expertise:
<ul><li>UAE National with Family book</li><li>
Experience in coordinating with UAE Government entities like DLD, RERA, etc.</li><li>
Knowledge of MS Office (Word , Excel &amp; Powerpoint)</li><li>
Should have sound knowledge in RERA</li><li>
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.</li><li>
Perform other duties as requested by management.</li><li>

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support various departments within TFG. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by managing administrative tasks and facilitating communication across teams. Coordination:</b> Liaise with stand contractors and monitor RERA and DED permits to ensure compliance.</li><li><b>
Lead Management:</b> Oversee lead creation, update tour backing requests, assign leads, and manage the registration process.</li><li><b>
Interdepartmental Support:</b> Communicate effectively with HR, Accounts, and other departments to meet operational needs.</li><li><b>
Supply Coordination:</b> Manage stationery and supplies for various departments.</li><li><b>
Performance Tracking:</b> Update and maintain daily reports, performance trackers, and team metrics for assigned departments.</li><li><b>
Documentation:</b> Process agent agreements, contracts, and other related documents while ensuring accuracy.</li><li><b>
Data Management:</b> Monitor, register, and record customer details, payments, status updates, and tagging information.</li><li><b>
