Experience You Should Bring<ul><li>Experience in proactive lead generation techniques.</li><li>Accounting knowledge &amp; MS &ndash; Office skills.</li><li>Fair understanding of B2B purchasing behavior and SME Operations.</li><li>Experience in customer engagement to deliver smarter and simpler solutions tailored to SME business needs.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders with strong interpersonal skills and effective objection handling capability.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and effective stakeholder coordination.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul>What You Will Be Doing<ul><li>Identify and on board a focused group of influencers who advocate Tally owing to the value they see in the product</li><li>Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with influencers.</li><li>Focus on ~30 influencers per year so that influencers speak positively about Tally without being prompted.</li><li>Strengthening influencer trust and advocacy through personal, consistent and meaningful engagement and experience.</li><li>Enable influencer advocacy that results in high-quality referrals for Tally.</li><li>Ensure influencer referrals translate into quality customers with strong product adaptation.</li><li>Contribute to top-line growth through depth-driven, referral-led customer acquisition.</li><li>Measure impact through quality of leads, strength of advocacy, and consistency of referrals.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
